hk now is more like a burden than an asset. carrie lam's words actually quite well summarized hk youngesters mentality "just blame the mother". everthing not going well in HK, just blame mianland and ccp.
in such populism times it's hard to govern. better do nothing. as long as HK don't turn lawless and violent, let it be.
